Travis Provin

Travis Provin conducts research to help utilities communicate with their business and residential customers. Prior to his role as an associate analyst, he was the first point of contact for all customer service at E Source. His background includes multiple years of sales and customer service experience. Travis holds a BBA with a focus in marketing from Colorado State University.

Ryan Odell

Ryan Odell helps E Source members improve their demand-side management (DSM), demand response, and distributed energy resource efforts. His main expertise is in decarbonization and beneficial electrification, and he has extensive experience in working to increase electric vehicle (EV) adoption. Ryan previously helped launch a regional EV workplace charging challenge while working for the Electrification Coalition. He also worked for Loveland Water and Power on DSM and EV programs.

Monali Mujumdar

Monali Mujumdar conducts research in lighting, smart meters, and other technology areas. In addition to writing reports and answering member inquiries, She develops tools in R (a programming language) to help her team simplify tasks. Monali previously worked for V-Enable in San Diego, CA, as a Speech Engineer and helped improve system accuracy. She also worked for ABB, India in its Medium Voltage Switchgear Division, where her focus was designing protection systems for heavy machinery. Monali has a PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Wyoming.

Kate Merson

Kate Merson leads the E Source research team to provide research, analysis, and consultation to members on DSM policy and program issues. A researcher herself, her specific areas of expertise include design, implementation, and evaluation of low-income, multifamily, and small business programs. Through her previous work at the Colorado Governor’s Energy Office, Kate had direct experience managing energy-efficiency and utility DSM programs for low-income customers. Combined, she has more than eight years of experience in DSM.

John McCracken

John McCracken oversees analysis and reporting for E Source customer data. He studies how our customers use our work and uses those findings to guide our future content. Before joining E Source, John was a marketing director for a nonprofit organization leading Colorado’s healthcare reform efforts. He was also an account director and planner at advertising and marketing agencies in Chicago and Denver.

Adam Maxwell

Adam Maxwell designs, develops, and implements new products for the electric and gas utility industry, with a focus on human behaviors and design thinking. He brings human-centered design to utilities across the US and Canada through collaborative research services, workshops, and consulting. Adam builds utilities’ empathy for customers, asks challenging questions, encourages people to get out of their comfort zones, and inspires new ways to meet evolving consumer needs.

Judy Lindenmeyer

Judy Lindenmeyer oversees E Source's financial and budgetary operations. Before joining E Source, Judy worked for Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, and as accounting manager there, helped to grow the organization from 1 to 12 multistate locations. She began her career as a bookkeeper for Wild Oats Markets. Judy has a BA in biology from Hartwick College, an MS in accounting from University of Colorado at Denver, and is a licensed CPA with a Chartered Global Management Accountant designation.

Nick Lenssen

Nick Lenssen focuses on strategic, technology, and market issues for disruptive energy technologies, particularly renewable energy and distributed energy. In 1997, he was founding director of the E Source Distributed Energy Service. Nick has contributed to dozens of consulting engagements focused on markets for novel technologies, including combined heat and power, fuel cells, wind energy, and solar photovoltaics, both at E Source and at EPRI Solutions Inc. More recently, he directed North American market intelligence for the Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas.

Meredith Ledbetter

Meredith Ledbetter researches and writes on topics such as marketing for residential and business demand-side management programs and utility strategies for engaging customers in energy efficiency. Prior to joining E Source, she worked on the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star program as a consultant for lighting technical development. Meredith holds a BA in economics from Denison University.

Bill LeBlanc

Bill LeBlanc draws on his experience in the energy industry to provide insight into where the industry is going and help create E Source products that will serve its members. Bill has more than 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, new product development, pricing, market research, demand-side management, and social marketing. He focuses on helping utilities understand how their products and services can help customers. He specializes in maximizing marketing effectiveness, electric vehicle marketing, and design thinking.
