Ryan Odell helps E Source members improve their demand-side management (DSM), demand response, and distributed energy resource efforts. His main expertise is in decarbonization and beneficial electrification, and he has extensive experience in working to increase electric vehicle (EV) adoption. Ryan previously helped launch a regional EV workplace charging challenge while working for the Electrification Coalition. He also worked for Loveland Water and Power on DSM and EV programs. Ryan holds a BA in political science from the University of Colorado and an MA in environmental policy from Colorado State University.
