Zach Hamber researches technology as part of the Customer Energy Solutions team, while also updating the E Source Business Energy Advisor platform. Before joining E Source, Zach worked as an energy analyst for the Industrial Assessment Center, which is funded by the US Department of Energy and tasked with conducting free energy audits of manufacturing facilities in Southern California.

Wayne Greenberg is a senior executive with over 35 years of experience in business management. He has been CEO of E Source since 2014 and was on the company’s board for seven years before that. Wayne has worked with E Source for 17 of the last 22 years—in the 1990s, he put E Source on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies. In 2019, he led E Source’s acquisition by Align Capital Partners and continues to helm the company.

Chad Garrett advises organizations across the energy industry on strategies for improving customer relationships. He specializes in advanced analytics, which underlies his work in demand-side management (DSM) potential studies, customer segmentation, and distributed energy resource planning. In addition, Chad is an expert in account management, business contact center and B2B marketing strategy.

Charles Framularo provides primary and secondary research addressing a variety of industry-related business questions. Before joining E Source, he worked in the market research/consumer insights industry for over 10 years, first with firms (Harris Interactive—now part of Nielsen—and Hall & Partners) and more recently on the client side with Laureate Education, a multibillion-dollar higher education conglomerate of over 80 colleges and universities worldwide. Charles is a graduate of Boston College and holds an MA from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Beth Fitzjarrald combines her physics training and passion for behavior science to analyze energy-efficiency and demand-response programs and to consult with utilities on how to design and implement those programs. She researches behavioral programs and strategies and manages the Customer Energy Solutions research team at E Source. Prior to joining E Source, Beth helped design and manage the Boulder County EnergySmart program. She holds a BA in physics from Colorado College and an MS in environmental studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Eryc Eyl is committed to improving the experience of work and business for employees and customers. His expertise in customer experience, employee engagement, organizational culture, and change comes from more than two decades of experience in high tech, telecommunications, consumer goods, and the utility sector, as well as from coaching and consulting with clients in a variety of industries. Eryc earned an MA from the University of Colorado and a BA from Vassar College.

Chris Doyle oversees Operations at E Source, a group of disparate departments including Business Technology, Software Development, Portfolio Management, Human Resources, and Facilities. His focus is to blend all of Operations with the mission of E Source and utilize the talented people he works with to push past the expected.

Daniel Doutre brings more than 30 years of experience defining, organizing, and analyzing market research data to the E Source team. From semiannual, multinational product usage trackers to overnight political snap polls, his lengthy career has been committed to providing high-quality, relevant information to major corporate clients including those in the media, energy, financial, political, healthcare, and consumer products fields. Daniel has a BS in marketing from the University of Northern Colorado.

Austin Dever is responsible for implementing and overseeing the agile work process for the company’s delivery teams. He works with team members, product owners, and managers to support the teams’ workflow and work commitments; remove work impediments; and help facilitate team planning, demonstrations, and retrospective activities. Prior to joining E Source, Austin managed and coordinated projects for the national security sector. He has a BA in political science from Harvard University.

Tasia DeMuth works to deploy, manage, and maintain the business applications within E Source. Her responsibilities require a knowledge of all applications used within E Source to ensure that they are functioning correctly and to know when to investigate for improved solutions. Tasia's background is in marketing. Prior to joining E Source, she managed her company's Salesforce organization while assisting in content generation for the company blog and for white papers.
