Jessica Davis

Jessica Davis is responsible for all human resource management at the company, including employee recognition, performance management, training, employee life cycle, recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, worker's comp, commercial insurance, legal compliance, and so forth. She has a BA in Psychology and German with a focus in human resources as well as Professional of Human Resources certification. She is also a certified mediator.

Brad Davids

Brad Davids has more than 25 years of experience working with utilities on a broad range of activities related to demand-side management and retail energy services. He was one of the co-founders of E Source and served as senior vice president, directing all sales, marketing, customer service, and product development activities during the company’s first five years.

Jeffrey Daigle

Jeffrey Daigle is an expert on contact center operations, customer experience, channel design, operations, digital engagement, and journey mapping. For Jeffrey, all channels can serve to delight the customer, transform behavior, and result in positive outcomes for both the customer and the organization. When he isn’t evangelizing customer experience, working on a consulting project, or writing an article, Jeffrey is dissecting the latest technology.

Luke Currin

Luke Currin and his team strive to understand utilities’ needs to improve E Source’s demand-side management, distributed energy resources, customer experience, marketing, and communications offerings. Prior to being a director, Luke was a manager and an analyst supporting utilities that use our marketing and communications research services. Before joining E Source, Luke worked in corporate communications at Duke Energy. He earned a BA in environmental and Hispanic studies at Davidson College.

Rachel Cooper

Rachel Cooper is responsible for strategic planning, account engagement, team management, and project execution. She manages and oversees the market research studies conducted at E Source and works collaboratively across the research department to publish data and findings, with one goal in mind: to help E Source members better understand and interact with their own customers. Rachel has led the development of successful and groundbreaking software, data analytics, and market research products during her 11 years with E Source.

Sharon Cooksey

Sharon Cooksey brings more than 20 years of sales and account management experience to the E Source team. Since joining E Source in February 2000, Sharon has been responsible for business development in the upper-midwesternUS and central Canada. Prior to joining E Source, Sharon worked for Lexis-Nexis and McGraw-Hill in a variety of sales and sales management positions. Before relocating to Colorado from Louisiana in 1986, Sharon completed her education at the University of Southwest Louisiana, School of Engineering and was employed by the Hughes Corporation.

Florence Connally

Florence Connally investigates and reports on e-business, customer service, smart grid, and payment and billing topics. She has managed the research for the utility website review benchmark studies and has researched topics in the areas of power quality, distribution company management, metering, and energy information services. Before joining E Source, Florence worked as a journalist in Beijing, China. She has a BA in East Asian studies from Bryn Mawr College.

Michael James Colby

Michael James Colby provides research, analysis, and consultation to members on policy and program issues related to energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed generation. Through his previous work at San Diego Gas & Electric, Michael managed energy-efficiency, demand-response, and renewable (photovoltaic) programs primarily in the residential new construction sector. He also has experience in the area of load forecasting, with a strong background in incorporating DSM and electric vehicles into forecasts.

Lindsey S. Carter

Lindsey Carter is responsible for member engagement communications and event marketing via email and social media. She has experience in traditional marketing, email and online marketing, and social media strategy. Previously, Lindsey worked in customer service at E Source and at several large title insurance companies. She has a BA in visual arts with a graphic design emphasis from the University of Northern Colorado.

Andrew Call

Andrew Call, research coordinator at E Source, assists across multiple company departments in research studies, recruitment initiatives, monthly reports on deliverables, and internal intranet management. Prior to joining E Source, Andrew conducted yearly greenhouse gas emissions reporting to the US Environmental Protection Agency for top-tier oil and gas companies across the US, as a consultant for a Denver-based firm. Additionally, he served as a research analyst for the Community College of Aurora, conducting student satisfaction surveys and tracking changes in student demographics.
