Kristin Vroman

Kristin Vroman brings more than 15 years of market research experience to the E Source Analytics Consulting team. She previously led the E Source Market Research Services team, which focuses on market research surveys and industry benchmarks. Before joining E Source, she led market research projects in the global energy sector as well as in other various industries. She has managed international quantitative and qualitative market research for dozens of Fortune 500 companies and has conducted consumer market research as a brand consultant.

Jeannine Turner

Jeannine Turner helps match E Source members in the western US and Canada with the research and services that will serve them best; she works closely with her clients to assist them in reaching their strategic goals. In the past, she served as director of data products, training our industry partners on how to use DSM Insights, Measure Insights, and other tools while also tracking feedback and usage information to increase user satisfaction and productivity.

Felicity Tucker

Felicity Tucker is responsible for editing and publishing market research deliverables and managing the Market Research team’s content on the E Source website. She has also been the lead content manager on the company’s Customer Experience team. Felicity has nearly 15 years of experience in book and web publishing. Before joining E Source, she was a project editor and editorial freelance manager for The Perseus Books Group, which publishes trade books in such areas as political science, psychology, history, and music as well as fiction.

Margo Toth

Margo Toth is a content assistant supporting E Source's Content Group. She monitors and updates broken links on the company website and is responsible for content inventory. Before joining E Source, Margo worked as a senior technical writer for Motorola Solutions in its Public Safety division. She holds an MS and PhD in geology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Gary Sunshine

Gary Sunshine joined E in 1996; in his years on staff, Gary wore many hats, working successively in sales, sales management, and marketing before joining the company's leadership team.

Before joining E Source, Gary spent 20 years in various sales and sales management positions at McGraw‑Hill. Gary has successfully led a variety of sales automation, customer relationship management, and sales process initiatives in the course of his career. He has a BS in advertising from the journalism school at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Tim Stout

Tim Stout, a senior advisor working across the Consulting, Strategic Relations, and Research departments at E Source, has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of energy-efficiency and demand-response programs. His particular areas of expertise are program design, implementation, portfolio development, cost-effectiveness analysis, regulatory proceedings, and energy-efficiency policy and strategy.

Lynn Stein

Lynn Stein focuses on customer relations as well as demand-side management (DSM) programs and technologies, working closely with E Source’s clients and research teams. Her areas of expertise include energy information systems, demand response, smart thermostats, and DSM program design. Since joining E Source in 1994, Lynn has launched and managed several research services, including the E Source Demand-Side Management Service; researched and written reports; conceived of and launched the E Source Boot Camp program; and managed strategic customer relations.

Jay Stein

Jay Stein is focused on expertise development, research skills development, quality control, new product development, and technology assessment. Jay is a specialist in HVAC, high-tech industrial process technologies, and the IT industry; he works closely with the E Source Technology Assessment Service. During his tenure at E Source, he has served as project director for several high-profile reports and market research studies, and is a regular contributor to the annual Tech Roundup web conference.

Essie Snell

Essie Snell researches and assesses how emerging energy technologies and trends affect utilities and their strategies. He has published more than 300 papers and articles, speaks at energy industry events, and advises leaders at utilities across the US and Canada. He has led early research on technologies that have become, or are becoming, integral parts of utility demand-side management and decarbonization programs.

Shawn Silzer

Shawn Silzer has spent more than 25 years working in the energy sector. His cross-functional utility operations experience allows him to deliver consulting solutions in the areas of customer experience, journey mapping, and change management. Prior to joining E Source, he was the program manager for smart meter implementation at SaskPower, a vertically integrated utility serving 460,000 customers in Saskatchewan, Canada.
