Lane Ginsbern

Lane conducts research on residential and business marketing, as well as corporate communications. Prior to joining E Source, her primary research focus was auction theory. Lane holds a BA in economics with a minor in mathematics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Devin Fink

Devin Fink works closely with our members to help them maximize their business customer relationships. He conducts member training and onboarding, manages market research projects, and publishes research on account-management trends and best practices across industries. Devin’s background is in program implementation and evaluation for commercial and industrial sectors; he also has experience in helping key account customers develop and execute strategic energy management plans and efficiency upgrades. He holds a BS in environmental science and geology from Northeastern University.

Carolyn Doyle

Carolyn Doyle hails from a small farming community in southern Minnesota, where she first learned the incredible value of forming deep relationships. From that point on, she has honed her skills in sales, key account management, and customer experience, concentrating specifically on customer success. Always seeking a challenge, Carolyn has worked in the energy, real estate, construction, and safety industries, where change is constant and stress is often high.

Todd Davidson

Todd Davidson is responsible for needs assessment, product introductions, and procurement of new and renewing services. He specializes in helping customers navigate the agreement, finance, and legal processes. Todd’s background includes sales and marketing leadership roles across a variety of industries, ranging from health food to high tech, from both the agency and client-side perspective. Having worked with start-ups to Fortune 100 clients, Todd brings a deep understanding of client relations and the drive for customer success.

Nicholas Paiva

Nicholas Paiva focuses on providing support to the E Source sales and engagement teams, helping them optimize their time and strategies to improve member satisfaction. He spends the majority of his time making sure all of the requests from and concerns of our members are resolved. Prior to joining E Source, Nicholas studied psychology, earning a BS in psychology and human development.

Clare Valentine

Clare provides research, analysis, and consultation to members on DSM topics, with a particular focus on demand-response and load management programs. Prior to joining E Source, she was an analyst with an energy-efficiency implementation company, where she coordinated and wrote proposals for small business energy-efficiency programs. Clare holds a BA in physics with a minor in mathematics from Whitman College and an M.Engr. in materials science and engineering from the University of California, Davis.

Neil Cousineau

Neil Cousineau oversees the software department at E Source, where his focus is on creating high-quality, meaningful software solutions. He has more than a decade of software experience, both as an independent contractor and with e-book publisher Wavecloud, which he uses in large scale software platform creation, database management, and client integrations. He now uses his industry expertise to push E Source into the future while delivering innovative and solution-driven leadership to the team. Neil holds an AAS in web development.

Gabe Cuadra

Gabe Cuadra manages E Source’s Customer Energy Solution data tools such as the E Source DSMdat and the DSM Evaluation Library and he helps researchers pull key insights from them. Through this work, he helps customers discover innovative offerings and track industry trends. Gabe holds a BA in mathematical economic analysis from Rice University.

Laura Gardner

Laura Gardner is an associate analyst on the marketing and communications research team at E Source. She values innovative market research, as it enables organizations to reach their customers in a meaningful way. Laura’s professional background is in communications management, including marketing, copywriting, and social media. She earned her BA in creative writing from Colorado State University and is currently earning her MA in marketing communications from the University of Denver. She helps clients achieve their marketing goals through targeted research and analysis.

Amy Hirschbeck

Amy Hirschbeck manages and works on the design, user experience (UX), and front-end development of the E Source website and software products. Amy has 15 years of experience working in design, UX and front-end development, including time spent working for Denver-based ad agency AOR, Boulder-based startup Standing Cloud, and an industrial design company based in San Francisco. Amy holds a BFA in graphic design from the Peck School of the Arts at University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
