Austin Dever is responsible for implementing and overseeing the agile work process for the company’s delivery teams. He works with team members, product owners, and managers to support the teams’ workflow and work commitments; remove work impediments; and help facilitate team planning, demonstrations, and retrospective activities. Prior to joining E Source, Austin managed and coordinated projects for the national security sector. He has a BA in political science from Harvard University.
