Eric Golinko

Eric Golinko has more than 10 years of experience working hands-on with data to generate insights, impactful analyses, and models. In addition to his experience working with utilities and energy, he has worked alongside world-class teams within the fields of operations, health science, and customer analytics. Eric is lead author on multiple peer-reviewed publications and participates in industry and academic conferences. He has a PhD in computer science from Florida Atlantic University.

Kyle Rodriguez

Kyle Rodriguez uses customer data and feedback to help utilities improve their customer experience, customer care operations, and digital experiences. He writes reports; provides one-on-one guidance to utility members; and assists in events like leadership councils, web conferences, and peer sharing calls. Previously Kyle worked for the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) implementing state policies and regional programs for agencies including municipalities, regional committee boards, schools, and local community groups.

Erica Bishop

Erica Bishop answers Ask E Source inquiries and helps utilities with account management and e-channel topics. Prior to joining E Source, Erica led the sustainability initiatives for a small business. She was also an assistant for education and networking programs at both the University of Colorado Boulder and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center. Erica holds a BA in environmental studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Laurie Day

Laurie Day uses her research skills and passion for customer experience to help utilities better serve their customers. She manages the Customer Engagement Solutions team. Prior to joining E Source, Laurie was the director of customer success at a tech start-up that brought the voice of residents and businesses into local government decision-making. She has a BA in communications with a focus in public relations from Miami University in Ohio.

Angelica Pereira

Angelica Pereira helps utilities and cities improve their customer experience, marketing, and account management strategies. Prior to working at E Source, Angelica led business development and marketing efforts at EnergyX Solutions, a software company that helps utilities in the US and Canada run their energy-efficiency programs for residential and small business customers. She has also researched and developed energy-efficiency programs and projects. Angelica holds a BS in geology from St.

Sam Jaffe

Sam Jaffe analyzes the business models, manufacturing processes, and electrochemistry of batteries for stationary energy storage and electric transportation. Previously, he was the founder of Cairn Energy Research Advisors, a specialty consulting company focused on batteries that E Source acquired in October of 2021.

Ben Campbell

Ben Campbell uses his expertise in lithium-ion battery technology and electric vehicles to help utilities and other companies along the battery supply chain achieve their goals. Ben was the e-mobility analyst at Cairn Energy Research Advisors (ERA), which E Source acquired in October 2021. At Cairn ERA, he helped develop an industry-leading model for battery manufacturing costs and forecasted markets for electric vehicle batteries and charging infrastructure. He holds a BA in philosophy from Wake Forest University.

Brenna Raeder

Brenna Raeder collects and processes data for E Source tools and answers Ask E Source questions about demand-side management (DSM). She started as an intern updating E Source DSMdat. Before joining E Source, Brenna worked as an intern at Eco-Cycle researching and writing about state policies that could create new markets for recycled materials. Brenna received a BA in economics with a minor in English literature from Denison University.

David Gordon

David Gordon works with E Source’s industry experts to write their research into reports. Before coming to E Source, he was a policy analyst in Seattle attempting to relieve traffic in the region. He holds an MA in policy studies and a BA in law, economics, and public policy from the University of Washington Bothell.
