Henry Scott

Henry Scott supervises the E Source Water Loss Consulting field resources from the Nashville office. Prior to joining the company, he worked with other water loss companies and ran his own business. He earned a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Reinhard Sturm

Reinhard Sturm is the senior vice president of Water Loss Consulting. Prior to E Source acquiring Water Systems Optimization (WSO) in 2021, he was the CEO and president of WSO. Reinhard has worked on water loss control projects throughout the world, and for the past 18 years he has been involved in some of the most impactful water loss reduction projects in the US.

Kris Williams

As a director with the Water Loss Consulting group, Kris Williams leads teams to help clients better manage water losses. In addition, Kris has led the development of software, data processing, and modeling tools to efficiently process client data and deliver actionable insights. Kris studied environmental economics at Middlebury College, and seeking a balance between economic, social, and environmental outcomes still guides his work.

Andy Read

Andy Read edits reports and presentations at E Source. Through one-on-one coaching, he helps writers grow their skills and write in E Source style. He’s focused on making messages clear and using writing to educate other professionals. Before joining E Source, Andy was an acquisitions editor for a bicycling book publisher and a production editor in scholarly publishing. He holds a BS in technical and scientific communication from James Madison University and an MS in technical communication from Colorado State University.

Raine Queenan

Raine Queenan leads the engagement strategy for E Source’s central division. She is passionate about a sustainable future and loves helping E Source’s utility clients get the most out of their E Source services. Prior to joining E Source, Raine worked in efficiency and sustainability for a major utility. She also worked for a meter analytics startup. She holds a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Denver.

Hailey Gish

Hailey Gish is an experienced marketing and communications strategist. Her expertise includes brand building, conversion optimization, B2B social media, email marketing and automation, copywriting, and content marketing. Hailey has almost a decade of experience planning, launching, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns for multimillion dollar climate mitigation, adaptation, EV, and energy efficiency programs and services across the private, public, and charitable sectors.

Emily Sedlacek

Emily Sedlacek began working as an editor at E Source in the summer of 2022. Prior to joining the Editorial team at E Source, Emily worked at North Carolina State University as a research administrator. She also taught rhetoric and composition and worked in the writing center at Appalachian State University. Emily earned an MA in English, a BA in English, a BA in French, and a minor in communication from Appalachian State University. Because of her interdisciplinary training and professional experience, Emily edits for a wide variety of writing topics.

Dannah Moore

Dannah Moore joined the E Source Editorial team as a staff writer in the summer of 2022. She works closely with E Source and industry experts to deliver innovative information and help utilities make sustainable decisions. Before coming to E Source, Dannah worked in the hospitality industry and earned a BA in English from the University of Missouri–Columbia.

Don Rankin

Don Rankin is an electrical and computer engineer and was a utility director for 19 years. He was responsible for all aspects of water, wastewater, stormwater, and levee systems, including operations and maintenance, capital improvements, billing, and customer service as well as long-term strategic planning. His work at E Source involves advanced metering infrastructure assessments, procurement, and deployments for electric, water, and gas utilities.

Steve Catanach

Steve Catanach is an executive consultant for E Source. His professional experience aligns with the knowledge, leadership, and teaming required to support large projects and transitions at utilities. He brings more than 33 years of experience in the electric utility industry. The past 20 years have been in executive leadership positions. Prior to E Source, Steve was the director of the Department of Climate Initiatives and Electric Utility Development for the City of Boulder, Colorado.
