Brian Dunphy helps maintain E Source Measure Insights, a database of measure-specific data from demand-side management (DSM) technical reference manuals (TRMs). He started as an intern at E Source, researching ways to design better TRMs and updating E Source DSMdat and the E Source DSM Evaluation Library.

Anna Nixon works with E Source’s industry experts to write their research into reports. In her previous role, she worked as a researcher solving marketing and communications problems for utility marketers. Before coming to E Source, Anna wrote technical and scientific articles for Colorado State University's (CSU) College of Natural Sciences. Anna was also a reporter, photographer, and designer for The Rocky Mountain Collegian.

Jeremy Fischer manages virtual and in-person events and email marketing campaigns. Prior to joining E Source, he helped clients use search engine optimization (SEO) and blogs to attract new customers. Jeremy holds a BS in communication from the University of Vermont.

Kelly Dietz oversees sales and customer success for the E Source subscription membership business. She’s responsible for customer engagement, renewals, and customer and partner acquisitions. Kelly has over 25 years of sales and sales management experience in the utility industry and has expertise in advanced metering infrastructure, smart grid and smart city solutions, and advanced analytics. Before joining E Source, Kelly worked with utility industry leaders including Landis+Gyr, GRIDiant Advanced Analytics, Smart Synch (now Itron), and Mincom (now ABB).

Luke Beckett leads the engagement strategy for E Source’s western utility clients. As an engagement director, he ensures that utility clients maximize the value of their E Source partnerships while uncovering new solutions for their customer program, technology, marketing, and customer experience efforts. He previously worked as the product strategist for E Source Customer Energy Solutions, where he led strategic research and engagement efforts to help utility members exceed their energy program, emerging technology, and decarbonization goals.

Meryl Compton collects and processes data for E Source DSM Insights and analyzes data from E Source tools. She started as an intern updating E Source DSMdat. Before working at E Source, Meryl worked for Frontier Group researching and writing about environmental policy and consumer protection. She graduated from Davidson College with a BA in environmental studies and economics.

Susan Osbeck helps solutions providers use E Source’s tools and databases to grow their businesses and reach their utility prospects and customers. As E Source grows, she’ll identify and sell new offerings to new customers. Susan has more than 15 years of experience in the utility industry and she developed new products at Consumers Energy before working with providers. She has sold software, demand-side management and grid-optimization services, energy-efficiency products, and movers’ concierge and line protection programs.

Zack Tamble leads the team that’s responsible for E Source tools including DSM Evaluation Library, DSM Insights, DSMdat, Energy RFP, and Measure Insights. He helps customers use data to answer questions like why certain programs perform well, how utilities spend their budgets, and which technologies utilities promote.

Barbara McCabe is a senior sales executive with more than 20 years of experience in the energy and utility industries. Barbara works on the E Source consulting team with a focus on the customer experience and the customer operations of utilities. She has experience with outage management, mobile workforce management, customer care solutions, analytics, and consulting services.

Gary Mann has more than 34 years of experience with generation, transmission, and distribution and vast knowledge of utility organizational structures. He has extensive experience with utility project management, metering, IT and IT governance, business process, and client delivery. Gary’s background includes 24 years of progressive responsibility with Johnson County Rural Electric Membership Corp., 3 years as manager of energy services with Simon Property Group (REIT), and 3 years of marketing, sales, and engineering with Tantalus Systems Corp.
