Arthi Padmanabhan

Arthi Padmanabhan designs, implements, and analyzes market research studies. Her areas of expertise include customer experience evaluation and digital product development support. Prior to joining E Source, Arthi conducted consumer research for industry-leading toy and sportswear companies. In pursuing her innate curiosity for neuroscience, perception, and behavior, she earned a BS from the University of California, San Diego, and an MS from Oregon State University.

Emily Hunsicker

Emily Hunsicker provides support and analysis to the E Source sales and engagement teams, focusing on member satisfaction. Prior to joining E Source, Emily worked with leaders in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries in her role on a leadership and development consulting team. Emily earned a BS in biology and studied abroad in Australia for a semester to focus on conservation and environmental studies.

Matt Leckey

Matt Leckey helps E Source’s solution provider clients use demand-side management program analysis to win new utility business. Matt is passionate about the utility-vendor relationship and facilitates introductions through live events, web conferences, and vendor databases. Before joining E Source, Matt worked for innovative software companies focusing on online advertising and artificial intelligence. He holds a BS and an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship and digital marketing from the University of Colorado–Boulder.

Emma Rieves

Emma Rieves researches energy-efficient technologies with a focus on smart home devices. Prior to joining E Source, Emma was an analyst at Simple Energy where she managed data reporting. She also worked as a program coordinator at Utah Clean Energy, where she developed a low-income pilot; supported energy- and greenhouse-gas-reduction planning; researched clean energy and efficiency; and provided data analysis for regulatory proceedings. Emma has a BA from Bowdoin College, a background in computer science, and a passion for decarbonization.

Jessica Rife

Jessica Rife manages all aspects of E Source conferences and events. Including her time at E Source, she has more than 10 years of event-management experience across various industries. She holds a BA in communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a Certified Meeting Professional.

Spencer Sator

Spencer is responsible for E Source’s emerging technology–related consulting. He has expertise in developing long-term utility strategies for emerging technologies, including electric vehicles, whole-building electrification, and the Internet of Things. Having worked as a consultant for the California Energy Commission and several leading utilities, Spencer has experience designing and launching emerging technology and cleantech initiatives. He has a BS in astrophysics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Sarah Baker

As part of the market research team, Sarah Baker designs, implements, and analyzes market research studies. Her areas of expertise include business customer satisfaction research, E Design analysis, marketing, smart technologies, and customer experience. Prior to joining E Source, Sarah created and implemented email campaigns for the insurance industry and conducted market research for the consumer packaged goods industry. Sarah earned her BS in strategic communications with a minor in business at the University of Kansas.

Matt Kiszka

Matt Kiszka serves E Source’s central US and Canada utility customers, helping them make the most of their E Source membership. From working with state government and clients in cleantech and marketing, he has over 15 years’ experience in research, customer success, and account management. Prior to joining E Source, he worked at the Colorado Legislative Council as a research analyst and Navigant Research as a senior client services consultant.

Chris Peters

Chris Peters uses his background in contact centers and environmental science to help utilities improve their customer care operations and provide a stellar customer experience. Before joining E Source, he was a collections specialist at the Red Dot Storage contact center. Chris holds an MS in cellular biology from the University of Connecticut.
