Lynn Stein focuses on customer relations as well as demand-side management (DSM) programs and technologies, working closely with E Source’s clients and research teams. Her areas of expertise include energy information systems, demand response, smart thermostats, and DSM program design. Since joining E Source in 1994, Lynn has launched and managed several research services, including the E Source Demand-Side Management Service; researched and written reports; conceived of and launched the E Source Boot Camp program; and managed strategic customer relations. Prior to joining E Source, Lynn designed DSM programs for the New England Electric System (now National Grid). She holds a BS in engineering and a BA in art history from Swarthmore College and an MS in building energy engineering from the University of Colorado.
