This scenario involves two different tasks. 1. You still haven’t paid your utility bill after receiving warnings that your power will be turned off if you don’t pay. You want to call your utility and find out whether and when your power is going to be turned off. 2. Once your power is turned off due to non-payment, you want to find out how to have your power turned back on.

I was able to find a few menu options that would bring me to a customer service agent that could probably help me, but I could not find an option to learn about when my power would be disconnected or reconnected within the IVR. Because there is only sometimes a way to return to the main menu when I've gone down the wrong path, I had to call three times to see if I could find this feature.
