You want to pay your current bill. Off Navigation 2 This takes way too long to make a payment. I liked that making a credit card payment was an option on the main menu, but it seems pretty limiting. Maybe it should just say "to make a payment" because I can pay via the phone in other ways than just credit cards. Also, it makes no sense at all to choose a credit card payment and then be asked whether I'm making a payment or just want to hear my account balance. If I were there to hear my account balance, I wouldn't have known what to enter on the credit or one-time bank transfer question and probably would have hung up. 217362 Functionality 1 This whole process needs to be streamlined and better organized.
