Most IVR payment channels don't allow you to do that. Once, I must have pressed the number too quickly and the IVR didn't recognize my press. 217433 Delivery 2 I noticed there are many long pauses when the male voice is speaking. Maybe that's what makes the process seem to take longer. It would be nice if these pauses were shortened and the male voice was changed to sound more like a real person. 217433
