Off Navigation Anonymous I tried looking for a way to extend my due date or make a payment arrangement but there wasn't anything on the IVR related to that. I thought maybe it would be in the make a payment and account balance menu but it wasn't. Then I tried the automated information menu but that gave me only the same payment information that was in the other menu. I appreciate having the option to speak to a representative in all menus, but it seems that's the only way to do anything related to payment extensions. 217431
