This scenario involves two different tasks. 1. You still haven’t paid your utility bill after receiving warnings that your power will be turned off if you don’t pay. You want to call your utility and find out whether and when your power is going to be turned off. 2. Once your power is turned off due to non-payment, you want to find out how to have your power turned back on.

This was easy to find on the IVR, but I'll have to wait until tomorrow to talk to a customer service representative about my overdue bill since their office is now closed.

I assume they'll be able to tell me when my power will be shut off and when it would be turned back on. It would be nice if a little information was available on the IVR. For example, it would be great if it said that your power will be turned off X number of days after a non-payment. Then I'd have an idea whether this is really urgent or whether I have a little time to get this worked out.
