In the residential customer menu, I heard an option to request tree trimming. This option also included digging so it seems that tree trimming and checking lines while digging are the only services I can request via the IVR, but those are the main options I'd want.

I'm sure the CSR could help me set up a time and check the status of my request, but it would be nice to allow me to do this through the IVR. It was easy enough and wasn't a big issue that I was transferred to a CSR.
