In the billing and payment menu, I wasn't sure which option would give me my last payment information. I first selected For Payment Plan and Billing Inquiries, but that transferred me to a representative. After calling back, I selected the Account Balance option and after hearing my account balance and due date, I was told the amount of my last payment and when I paid. This could be made a little easier by changing the Account Balance option to For Your Account Balance and Previous Payments, or something like that.

After finding the Account Balance option, it was easy to enter my account number and hear all of the pertinent information. I was reassured that the utility had received my last payment.

Overall the voice was nice to listen to and the IVR had no problems understanding my selections. However, the voice sounded like a robot when presenting my payment information, which I didn't like as much.
