The only relevant option was to make a payment via the IVR, so I tried that. That connects me to a representative so I'm sure they can handle it from there. I wonder whether I should have just remained on the line as maybe I wouldn't have reached the correct representative since I need to make an arrangement to pay my bill later or over time, not make a payment right now.
