The IVR was mostly easy to navigate. My one caveat would be that the words and phrases in the main menu were so extensive that I found it necessary to listen again just to be sure I heard all the options. Once I found the option going forward was quite logical. Maybe edit the number options found in each section of the main menu.

It was relatively easy to accomplish my task once I had identified the correct option. The IVR then worked just as expected. I was asked for only one method of authentication, after which the account information I needed was forthcoming. I was pleased with the result.
