You want to pay your current bill. Off Navigation 3 The system navigated me quickly, but it could be a bit more efficient. I would prefer to hear "to make a payment now" on the main menu or an option on the first sub-menu. It was redundant to continue to select "to make a payment" on 3 menus before getting offered the self service menu. I was offered the option to pay my bill within 20 seconds of the start of the call which was great, however I didn't get to actually pay my bill until 3 minutes later. This amount of time could and should be improved. I expect to be able to pay my will within 2 minutes on an automated bill pay call. 210131 Functionality 3 The system worked well and progressed me along without the need to repeat my entries. I appreciated that there was always an offer to repeat the options. However, the scripts were much too long. The system should shorten the dialogue and get to straight to the options. More information can be given in sub-menus, for example, "if you'd like to hear more about pay online press 1" or "if you'd like to hear more about pay via text Press 2."
