This was pretty easy as I only had to go to one other menu to hear the option to speak with customer service. Although, I was expecting it to be the last option on the main menu as that's where most companies have that option.

The IVR worked fine and I found the option relatively quickly. I did have a slight hesitation on whether the option for customer service was to actually speak with a representative or whether it would give me more self-service options. It was a little unclear which would be the case but I assumed it was to speak with a representative and that's where I was transferred. Maybe changing the wording to 'to speak with customer service' would be better.
