I first tried the make a payment or check the balance of my account menu choice, but I couldn't find anything related to not being able to pay my bill or extending my payment deadline. It's really annoying that there was no way to go back to the previous menu to see what other options were available. Instead, I had to hang up and call back. For my second call, it seemed like the option to inquire about the amount or due date of my bill would be it, but I don't know for sure. I was transferred to a CSR who would be able to help, but I have no idea whether I was on the right path and never really heard what I was looking for in the menus.
