The IVR had a hard time understanding what I wanted. I had to say something about my last payment a couple different ways before it gave me options that got me where I needed. It seems the IVR doesn't understand normal customers' way of phrasing things as well as it should. Once I got to the right menu, the process was quick and easy. I also appreciate that it asks if I have anything else I want to cover while on the call before it hangs up.

It seems like the wording has to be very specific in order for the IVR to understand my request. But once it did, everything functioned as expected.

The message at the front is a little long, but it's nice to know that APS isn't shutting off power for non-payment. The voice has a great tone and pacing.
