You want to confirm that the utility received your most recent payment. Off Navigation 3 The IVR had a hard time understanding what I wanted. I had to say something about my last payment a couple different ways before it gave me options that got me where I needed. It seems the IVR doesn't understand normal customers' way of phrasing things as well as it should. Once I got to the right menu, the process was quick and easy. I also appreciate that it asks if I have anything else I want to cover while on the call before it hangs up. 219539 Functionality 4 It seems like the wording has to be very specific in order for the IVR to understand my request. But once it did, everything functioned as expected. 219539 Delivery 4 The message at the front is a little long, but it's nice to know that APS isn't shutting off power for non-payment.
