It was easy to get to the outage portion of the IVR by saying report an outage and the full process seemed easy to complete.

I didn't appreciate having to listen to a long message at the front about not being able to pay my bill and then having to hear another one telling me to go to their website for outages instead of continuing on the call. Usually the website is my first means of outage information so if I'm calling, then I've already tried that. Having a way to skip the messages if it's irrelevant to me would be really nice. Getting past the messages, the outage reporting process seemed easy.

I like the woman's voice on the IVR as she's easy to understand and understood me with no issues. I did find the length of the pause after stating my account number and the IVR recognizing it to be quite long. I even checked my phone to make sure it hadn't hung up. Cutting that pause or at least saying something like, "let me check that" would help me to know I'm still connected and it's just taking a bit longer than expected.
