I decided questions about my account was the best option, which I knew was correct after I heard the submenu option to learn about pre-authorized payment plans. This was fairly straightforward.

I don't know what "Equalize" is, but figure it has to do with something about payment options since it's put in the same submenu option as pre-authorized payment plans. This could be made more clear instead of using utility-specific language.
