Since there was only one option regarding my account, I started there and was pleasantly surprised to hear an option for my situation.

After selecting that my account is overdue, there were a lot of different scenarios for non-payment. It makes it seem like this is a major issue for the utility with the banks not paying on behalf of their customers or customers are going bankrupt. Maybe cut this down since all of the options are directed to a CSR anyways.
