That was the first place that I looked so it made it really easy to find what I was looking for, though I did have to scroll down the page pretty far to get to the PDFs of the different rates. I would have liked if there was a button near the top that would take me right to rates. 220001 Functionality rating 5 The pricing plan page was organized well with different plan options and all of the rate information available in PDFs. Each link worked as expected and I was able to access the information I was looking for. 220001 Appearance rating 3 I liked that there was a table comparing the different rate options, it made it easier to understand the benefits of the different rates. I wish that rate prices were also in a similar table, I didn't like the look of the PDF that had how much my energy cost. 220001 Relevance rating 3 I thought that the Pricing plans and rate page had all of the relevant information I was looking for. I was easily able to see the different plans that were available. The list of rate PDFs was also very comprehensive, maybe too comprehensive. There were so many different rates that I was a little overwhelmed, luckily the base rate was at the top of the list. 220001
