I quickly saw a link for "Choose a pricing plan" and this had all of the information I was looking for on one convenient page. 220000 Functionality rating 3 All of the links worked as expected and I was able to access the rate information easily. I would prefer that the information was presented on the page with different rate options rather than having to open a PDF and scrolling through to find the service charge and energy charges. 220000 Appearance rating 4 I really liked the pricing plan comparison for the different rate options but I didn't like the PDF that had my rate information as much. I wish that I was able to see the prices in a similar table rather than on a PDF. 220000 Relevance rating 3 I thought that the "Pricing plans" page had a lot of helpful information. I liked that I am able to see different pricing plans like TOU or Peak Demand. I thought that the list of PDFs were mostly helpful, but I don't understand what all of the rate codes mean. 220000
