Yes Yes 219993 No Navigation rating 2 I quickly found a page after searching for my energy use that let me know I needed to log in to see my usage data. On the my account page I found my usage data after scrolling down a ways. I was looking at the different charts and thought usage data was pretty limited but then I clicked on one of the months in the usage chart and was taken to another page that had a lot more information. I would like a clearer link to get to the more detailed view of the usage page. 219993 Functionality rating 3 The functionality on the my account page is pretty limited, but everything works as expected. I'm able to toggle between the two chart options and download usage data. After clicking on a month in the usage chart I'm then taken to a page to see more detailed usage information. I would prefer a filter button to view more granular time frames. 219993 Appearance rating 3 I think the charts on the My Account page could be improved, especially the usage chart which is a little busy. On the my energy use page all of the charts are fine. 219993 Relevance rating 3 I think there is a lot of relevant information provided but I wish some of it was easier to compare. It would be nice to see bill cost overlaid with temperature or humidity. It's not as helpful that they are on different pages. 219993
