Yes Yes 219991 No Navigation rating 4 It was easy enough to get to the secure login part of the website. I went to the three line dropdown menu, selected "My Account" and clicked on "Log in". I did have to scroll a little bit to get to the actual log in fields, but once I logged in I could scroll through the My Account Summary page and see almost all the functionality of what I could do on the secure portion of the website, and I could also go to the top of the page and use the menu function to see all of the same capabilities. I liked that there was more than one option to find what you needed on the secure portion of the website, and that it was easy to find. 219991 Functionality rating 5 It was very easy to see all the tasks I could do on the secure side of the website. I liked that I could scroll through everything on one page and that there were buttons I could click on to learn more about a program or sign up, and that when you clicked on those buttons it would take you to another page (still on the secure side of the website), give you information about the program, and you could just click a button to sign up. It made the whole sign up process seem very simple without having to give a bunch of extra information about yourself, because the website already has all that information saved. Plus, it was very easy to return to the page you were previously on by just clicking the back button, or going to the main menu at the top of the page. 219991 Appearance rating 5 The mobile version of the webpage was easy to read and understand. I like that the buttons were larger and there was a good contrast between the blue button and white text. I also liked the use of tables and short paragraphs to make information easy to comprehend. The usage graph was a little difficult to understand since it was shortened to fit the space, but the bars on the graph were easy enough to understand the change in usage. The simple white background made the text and different sections (using blue bar separators) easy to understand the difference between topical areas of the Account Summary page. 219991 Relevance rating 5 I could check the balance of my bill, pay my bill, sign up for billing and payment programs, sign up for other programs, use the online marketplace, change my notifications, look at my energy use, report an outage, start -stop -or transfer service, and change my account settings. I really liked having so many options and control over my account, and the fact that I only had to click one or two links in order to sign up for or change my settings. 219991
