I like that there was a quick link on the Google Search result that takes you to a webpage with information on ways to pay your bill. I originally went through the homepage and clicked the "Log In" button on the homepage. After logging in there was a button right away where you could select "Pay My Bill". For the Guest Pay, after going to the main Pay My Bill page, there was a button right away that you could select to pay as a guest. 219989 Functionality rating 5 It was easy to select my payment type, date I wanted to pay, and how much I wanted to pay on the secure side of the website. For the guest pay on the public site, I was taken to a third party website, but all I had to do was add my account number and I could also select when I wanted to pay, how much I wanted to pay, and what payment type I wanted to use. The buttons were large enough to make them easy to select and for the secure side of the website, I liked that everything was on the same page so I didn't have to continue to hit "Next" to then select the date I wanted my payment to be taken out, etc. 219989 Appearance rating 4 The text was a good size and easy to read, and I liked that the buttons were clear and large enough to be easy to select. Although on the Guest Pay you were taken to a third party, they used TEP branding so it felt secure. The pages also just had the information that I needed about making a payment so it wasn't clogged up with ads or irrelevant information. On the Guest Pay, the image for how to find your account number was pretty small, so it was difficult to tell where to find it on your bill.
