Yes Yes 219988 No Navigation rating 5 It was simple to navigate to the Pay My Bill option, and I liked that there were more than one way to do this. I went to the full homepage and clicked the yellow "Log In" button in the upper right hand corner, but there were also quick links on the Google Search page that took you right to the Log In Page you needed to access and pay your bill. If you clicked the quick link it took you to a summary page that detailed all the ways you could pay your bill, including Guest Pay. However, if you went through the secure portal, there was a button right on the home page you could click to pay your bill. 219988 Functionality rating 5 I liked that there was more than one way to pay your bill, and that there were easy to click buttons to take you to the pages you needed. If you were on the secure side of the website and going to pay your bill it was very easy to select your payment date, the date you wanted to be charged, and how much you wanted to pay. If you paid as a guest all you have to do is put in your account number, and you still could choose how much you wanted to pay and the method of payment you wanted to use. Even though the pay as guest function took you to a separate website, it had TEP branding which made it feel secure. 219988 Appearance rating 5 The buttons were easy to see with high contrast between the blue and white. There were simple drop downs to select your payment type on the secure side of the website and buttons to help select what date and amount you wanted to pay. For guest pay, the buttons were large with clear text directions and hyperlinks to call the contact center if you needed assistance. I liked that both pages were kept simple and each page wasn't gummed up with too many images or irrelevant information. 219988 Relevance rating 5 I had all the information I needed to pay my bill and each web page was optimized to make the payment process as simple as possible, which was important to me. 219988
