Yes Yes 219945 No Navigation rating 5 It was very easy to find the home page. I googled Tucson Electric Power and it was the first choice. Couldn't have been easier. 219945 Functionality rating 5 Everything seems to work well on the home page. I appreciate there is a login box directly on the home page. Part of the bottom of the screen was blocked by a cookies acceptance bar, but this is standard on websites now so it wasn't a big deal. I really like that the menus are pretty simple and you can hover over them to expand into several other options. 219945 Appearance rating 5 The colors used on the home page are bright and cheery without being distracting. The images used are professional and engaging and the text size makes it easy to read. 219945 Relevance rating 4 It seems like the options I'd be looking for on a utility home page are all there and easy to find. The quick links below the login box are the most important sections I'd want to visit so that makes it easy to navigate. I was a little confused about the icons used for the first option under each menu. It makes it look like that's the main section and if you clicked on that, you'd see all the other options on that page. However, it seems like it's just the most popular page for that menu. I'd suggest getting rid of the icon so there isn't confusion. 219945
