It's quite easy to navigate to the outage map and see relevant information on current outages. It's fairly easy to call a phone number to report an outage. Unfortunately there is no way to report an outage online without downloading an app or logging in. When I Googled the utility there was a direct link to "Outage map" so I started there in case I could easily see if my location was already on the map. I was immediately taken to the "outage center" where there was a clickable link to call a number to report a power outage, which was great since I was on a mobile device. There was a clickable link to log in on SmartHub, but that isn't convenient during an outage. I clicked on the outage map, but I didn't understand the information that was displayed or if it was even current. I clicked on "Be informed" drop-down menu to see if I could find a way to be get information about the outage or an update. When I clicked on the link to "sign up for emergency texts," I was taken to the homepage for "SmartHub" where it said I'd be able to report an outage but it didn't say I'd be able to find out when my power would be turned back on and I would have had to login or create an account in SmartHub to do any of these things, if they were even possible.

You're experiencing a power outage or gas leak and want to contact your utility to report the situation. You also need to find out when to expect your power or gas service to be restored once you report the outage.Attempt this via a mobile device.
