Somewhat easy. After logging in on the main page and selecting the "Billing and Payments" option, it quickly shows the current bill due and provides a hyperlink marked "View bill" that allows you to drill down and see all the details of your bill including energy use, energy comparison, and a breakout of the all the charges related to the amount due for the current billing period. Navigation would be easier if the "View bill" hyperlink was more prominently displayed on the page, rather than being somewhat hidden under the amount due section.

Once logged in, it was relatively easy to complete the task of viewing your bill. As mentioned before it would be nice if the "View bill" hyperlink was displayed larger and more prominent on the page (especially for mobile), so that it is easier to locate and view. However once the view bill link was clicked I liked that it opened the current bill in a separate window in a very detailed format.

The appearance of the first page to "View your bill" was very subdued and before the names or titles stack vertically, rather than horizontally, which makes it quite hard to read on mobile. Additionally, to access some of the information you have to scroll side to side, which was a challenge on mobile, as you could be missing the information you are looking for. However, the appearance of the actual bill was good. I like that it contained a monthly energy use chart that compares previous months with the current month and was easy to comprehend. I also like that current amount due is displayed front and center in a large circle (maybe too large), so you don't have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see what the total amount due is. Lastly, I like that important information was highlighted in neon green, which makes it easy to find on a mobile device.

When the bill was opened in a separate window in PDF format, it contains good relevant information regarding a monthly utility bill. The monthly energy use and energy comparison charts provide easy to read information for the customer to compare and contrast their energy usage. Additionally, the breakdown of the monthly charges is nice for understanding how the final bill is calculated. I also like that within this breakdown the calculations are shown as to how the utility came to the final number. For example Delivery Charge shows 2.367 kWh @ $0.028405, which a customer could calculate on their own to confirm accuracy if they wanted to.
