Additionally, to access some of the information you have to scroll side to side, which was a challenge on mobile, as you could be missing the information you are looking for. However, the appearance of the actual bill was good. I like that it contained a monthly energy use chart that compares previous months with the current month and was easy to comprehend. I also like that current amount due is displayed front and center in a large circle (maybe too large), so you don't have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see what the total amount due is. The monthly energy use and energy comparison charts provide easy to read information for the customer to compare and contrast their energy usage. Additionally, the breakdown of the monthly charges is nice for understanding how the final bill is calculated. I also like that within this breakdown the calculations are shown as to how the utility came to the final number.
