I found my bill fairly easily. After I found the utility home page, I tried clicking on "My Account" at the top and was asked to log in. After logging in, that page had quick links on the left-hand side. I clicked on "Billing History" and from there saw a link to click the link to "View bill" which opened a new page with a pdf of my bill. I later saw that I could have clicked on "view bill" from my account homepage, but that link wasn't as obvious to me as the quick link were.

The links all seem to be good to go and worked as they should. I liked that the bill opened in a new page so that I could go back and forth between that and my account page. The one thing that would have been nice is to be able to click on links from the bill itself, for example at the bottom of the last page where there's information on how to save.

I think it would be helpful to make the "View Bill" option more obvious on that page, sort of like the "Make Payment" button. I think it might help if it were further up on the page, too. While the bill has a lot of information on it, I like that things are boxed off and that the headings have different colors and bolding to make it easier to see what's what. And it's really easy to see what will be paid via autopay because there's a big circle with the amount at the top middle of the first page. Maybe almost too big and jarring.

I like that the bill makes it obvious what amount is due and will be paid though autopay. I liked that it showed my usage and compared to last month or last year. However, I wasn't sure why they only show the average use and temperature for this month and don't say what it was for the comparisons. I think it's helpful to explain what all the charges are but some of it is still difficult to understand. I liked the information on ways to pay because the icons make it easy to see the different ways. At the very bottom is information on reporting an outage alongside how to update your account and ways to save. At the very top is important contact information on where to call with questions but also how to report an outage.
