Yes 3.50 My Energy Use Desktop Yes No 220311 No Navigation rating 3 I wasn't sure where to look to understand how I'm using energy so I clicked on "Your Service" once I Googled and navigated to the PEC website. From there I tried "Rates and Pricing" and "That's me" under "Residential Member" and then on "Understanding Your Bill" but that didn't get me where I needed to be. Then I tried "My Account" at the top of the page. After logging in I saw an opportunity to view and manage my usage by clicking a "start now" button. From there I could find what I was looking for. I could have just started with "My Account" to begin with, which would have been faster. I'm glad that option was at the top of the page so that I could quickly and easily get back to where I needed to be. 220311 Functionality rating 3 All of the links worked well and the usage tools were fairly easy to use. The pages and charts loaded fairly quickly as well. I liked that you could see the usage and cost by temperature and that you could see things by year, month, day, hour. While you can analyze your data, you can't click directly to tools or information to help you learn how to save. You have to go to another location to find that information. There were tools available to help plan, save and manage. However, it wasn't really clear how to use any of the tools. 220311 Appearance rating 4 The site was colorful and well laid out. The way each section is organized in its own little box is great. I felt that the appearance of the site made it easier and more pleasant to use, except for the usage planning tool where the page it takes you gives the appearance that there was an error because there wasn't any information under the headings. 220311 Relevance rating 4 Once logged into "My Account" the "View and Manage My Usage" information is at the top and it's easy to understand what to do next. Once clicking "start now" it is easy to see what's available and where to click to get started. However, it was not intuitive what to do once I clicked to "use the usage planning tool" because it took me to a blank box with headers for "date," "marker," and "description" without instructions on what to do. It wasn't really clear how to use any of the tools. There was either too little information or you had to click to read pages of information to understand it. 220311 You want to better understand how you are using energy (either electric or gas) and want to know whether your utility provides information and tools to help you manage your energy usage. Attempt this from your computer.
