Somewhat easy. After putting Pedernales Electric in Google, you do have to click on the utility URL and then go into My Account in order to login and view the different tasks that can be accomplished. It would have been nice if the "My Account" option was listed under the Pedernales Electric URL on Google, similar to how "Billing and Payments" is listed. Overall not too hard to find, since "My Account" was the first option on the drop down menu in mobile.

Once logged in the mobile version was somewhat difficult to locate since most items or tasks are not labeled very well. The menu at the top was simply a drop down button and did not have a title or any way to tell that it contains the tasks the customer would be looking for. Once the menu was selected it does contain the options for different tasks. However, once they are selected, instead of going to a new page with the information, it simply populated below the menu and you have to scroll down to locate it. Some improvement could be made in this area to make the functionality easier to use.

The appearance was very simple and minimalistic. Some users may find this appealing, while others may view it as somewhat outdated. I think the appearance could use an update that highlights and spells out tasks in a way that is easier to locate with a better color structure, or more defined menu options so the customer is not always having to drill down through menus to find what they need,

Somewhat relevant. More clarity could be added around the content on the mobile website to clarify exactly what each task consists of. The way they were marked was quite vague and I found myself clicking through and "guessing" on what option contained the task I was looking for, before finding it. Additionally, I do feel valuable tasks such as "Report an outage" were hidden in the quick links at the bottom of the page, where they should be a menu option, or located further to the top of the page.
