I Googled the utility, clicked on the utility's website, clicked "My account" at the top of the page, logged in, and was taken to a page where there are lots of things you can do, including pay your bill. I would have liked the option to pay my bill from the utility's home page for few clicks. Also, the first things you see when logging in are "Communication/Alerts" and "View and Manage My Usage." I felt the site was current and reliable, and that I could easily use it to pay my bill when I needed to. I didn't really understand the difference between "amount" and "total due" and I didn't really understand the purpose of the "see more" option. I did like that you could save $1.50 monthly by enrolling in Auto Pay with a checking or savings account, and an additional $1 monthly by going paperless.
