There was a direct link from the Google search to the PEC contact us page and it was quick and easy to get to. From there it was easy to see how to do the most urgent things like report an outage, call the utility, or submit a request.

I liked that the most important information was towards the top of the page. You could click to report an outage, there was a phone number in bold to easily see how to call the utility, and there was a clickable button to submit a request. It was easy to scroll down and see all of the other ways and reasons to contact the utility. The phone numbers weren't hyperlinked, which is somewhat frustrating when on a mobile device. The other thing that hung me up was the map. I got stuck on zoom when I was trying to scroll through the contact us page.

I liked the use of white space and different font sizes and colors to display information and differentiate the clickable links or buttons. I noticed some spacing issues in the contact information at the bottom of the page in the grey section, making thigs a bit more difficult to read.

I could find all the ways I could contact the utility on one page, which was great since I was on a mobile device. I liked that they had different phone numbers for different interactions, and outages was the most the first thing shown on the page. There was a bit more information on the page than I was expecting but I think the order of information shown made sense.
