After logging in, locating the task to update your personal information and update how the utility contacts you were split into two different categories. Updating your personal information was located in "My Information" under "My Profile" and managing how the utility contacts you was in "Manage Notifications" under "Notifications." This was understandable since updating contact information and how the utility notifies you are separate categories. I would have preferred the notifications menu to be more descriptive, since notifications was a rather broad statement. If it read as "Manage My Notifications" it would have been easier to know exactly what notifications pertains to.

Once logged in, it is relatively easy to complete the task of updating personal information, or adjusting how the utility contacts you via notifications. When the option of my information or manage notifications was selected, a new menu showed up further down the screen with more specific options to update information. I would have preferred that once one of these options was selected it took you to a separate page and contained the relevant information for that task, rather than just listing it below once it was selected. Also the additional menu option once selected looked really long on the left hand side. I would prefer if it was tightened up so it was easier to see and read on mobile.

Honestly the appearance for completing these tasks was not good on mobile. Almost all the words were cut off or spelled in a vertical manner, rather than horizontal. Additionally the background was just white with black lettering, which made the mobile appearance very basic and not put together well at all. The appearance for these tasks could really use some updating so that the options, text, and colors are more up to date in a way that customers can easily complete the task at hand and locate what they need without the text stacking, or being cut off.

The information was relevant and I do like the options that are given. For example with notifications, I do like the ability to receive text messages for the majority of them and they are focused on providing text message options for the important notifications. Additionally, when going to update personal information, I did like that the first thing to pop up was the ability to update your email and password, while right next to it on the menu was the ability to update address and contact information. It was nice that these two updates are located right next to each other on the page since they seem to be the most common information that customers need to update. Overall the relevance was pretty good, but the appearance could definitely be updated.
