There was a direct link from the Google search that took me straight to the home page. Once I found the menu at the three lines at the top, there was a way to easily click back to the home page or to other functions on the site.

It was easy to scroll through the home page to see what information was available. It wasn't entirely intuitive that I needed to click on the three lines at the top to navigate to a menu to see what else I could do on the site. Once I saw it, the menu was easy to use. I was hoping for more functionality on the site like the ability to easily login, pay a bill, or report an outage without having to get deep into the site.

The site looked professional, clean and well laid out. Quite calming and not too overwhelming. The contrast of the blue and white in the menu after clicking on the three lines made it easy to read and see the different parts of the website to navigate.

Once I realized I needed to click on the three bars in the upper right-hand corner, I realized I could do a few things directly from the home page that I'd want to do, like see "My Account," see an "Outage Map," and contact the utility via a "Contact Us" link. I would have liked to be able to login directly from this page or click to pay my bill directly from this page. I think it would be a more obvious way to report an emergency or outage, too. If you scroll to the very bottom there is a number you can call but it's not immediately obvious.
