It was extremely easy to find and the IVR understood me on the first attempt. Inputting my account information made it easy to get my balance before payment. Because my balance was $0 I was told I didn't need to make a payment at this time and was given some alternate actions that I could take.

Having a $0 balance didn't allow me to go further into the payment process than knowing that I didn't need to pay anything during my call. I liked that I was offered additional options for autopay enrollment and paying another account. I think it was nice I was given previous payment info in case a customer with no balance is confused about when they last paid. It could be nice to also provide the due date for the next payment in the case the person got their due date wrong.
