You want to enroll in a payment or billing program. Off Navigation 4 If I knew the name of what I wanted, it was easy to find. When I said I wanted a billing program, it gave me two options, but did not offer an explanation of them. The names were not completely clear (balanced billing or direct pay), and I would have liked the option to have them explained. However, I had to chose one to continue. When I selected the one I wanted to enroll in, I was immediately redirected to a representative. I was not able to complete the enrollment process through the IVR, but was not bogged down with lots of steps either. 210055 Functionality 4 I would have liked the option to understand the menu choices, rather than being forced to choose one that I didn't totally understand from its program name alone.
