Reporting: I can't do anything in the system without typing in or saying my account number first, which I didn't like because it's taking up time when I really want to get my lights back on as soon as possible. After that, the system took me directly to reporting an outage after I said so.
Status: (5) I asked about checking on an outage and the system knew that I already had reported that and quickly gave me an estimated time my power would be back up. 210051 Functionality 5 Reporting: I liked that the system wanted confirmation that I was experiencing a total power outage, had me give a phone number in which to receive updates, and then apologized for the inconvenience. I felt that PSEG LI was doing everything they could to get my power back on.
Status: (4) I thought it was odd that I needed to confirm that I had a total power outage before getting a status update since this is the same step as reporting an outage. It made it seem like you hadn't received my initial outage report. However, after I confirmed my total power outage, the IVR confirmed that the outage had already been reported and gave me an estimated time that my power would be back up. 210051 Delivery 5 Both: The voice was pleasant and easy to understand. 210051
