I only had to say Current Balance and the system took me right to it. Very easy to navigate.

The system quickly told me my current account balance, my previous bill amount as well as the date my last payment was processed. I liked all of the details it provided. The one thing I found a bit annoying was how long it took to start interacting with the IVR. There was a message about the new larger billing envelopes that took too long so it was about 30 seconds before I was asked to enter my account information.
