This was an excellent system to navigate! Main menu options were well-ordered and relevant to main types of phone calls. It was refreshing to enter this system and be presented with Customer Service presented as an option at the main menu.

Excellent! My option was available from a clear, efficient main menu. As I transferred to a CSR, I was told there was a high volume of calls at this time and was immediately presented with the option of not losing my place in line if I chose a callback, rather than waiting on hold. I assume this message was dependent on real time assessment of call volume but, if it wasn't, I would rather the message didn't identify this as being conditional.
