Navigation was not too difficult as the option (to report power outage) I was looking for was the first item on the menu. However, the options on the sub-menu were confusing because of the wording. Instead of the current one, I would prefer to hear "to report a power outage" clearly on the menu, preferably, the first option - reporting a power outage is more important than getting a power outage report in the area. This menu contained the option to speak to a CSR twice which also was confusing. This is because of the ambiguous wording of the first option.
The navigation should be better designed to avoid confusion and thereby, unnecessary delays. 210135 Functionality 5 The IVR functioned well after I made my selection. It transferred me to an agent immediately and there was no hold time. That I did not have to authenticate before transferring to an agent was a nice feature. 210135 Delivery 4 I think the IVR spoke a little too fast. There was consistent female voice which was clear enough to understand. 210135
